This policy applies to tftalphasim.com, operated by TFT AlphaSim (“we”). It explains our data practices and your privacy and advertising choices. Our public simulation and composition tools do not require sign-in or a subscription.

1. Data We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

• Tool inputs: when a feature needs server processing, we receive the composition, champions, items, and simulation settings needed to answer your request.
• Contact information: if you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send.

1.2 Information Generated by Use

• Hosting and security services may process IP addresses, request times, URLs, browser and device details, and error records to deliver pages, troubleshoot, and prevent abuse.
• Traffic and performance analytics process page views, referring sites, approximate regions, device types, feature-use events, and loading performance to help us understand site usage.
• Composition saves and interface preferences can be stored in your browser. Related inputs are still transmitted when you use a feature that requires server processing.

1.3 Advertising and Consent Information

We integrate Google AdSense and Google’s consent management platform (CMP). Depending on whether advertising is enabled, your region, and your choices, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers and process advertising interactions and consent records.

2. How We Use Data

• Provide simulation, composition, and lookup tools and remember your interface preferences.
• Secure the site, prevent abuse, fix errors, and improve performance and content.
• Answer questions and handle privacy requests.
• When advertising is enabled, deliver, measure, and manage ads according to applicable consent requirements and your choices.

3. Third-Party Services

These providers process information according to their service functions and privacy policies:

• Upstash: short-lived abuse-prevention counters and service caches. See Upstash’s privacy policy.
• Google: AdSense advertising, consent messages, and web fonts. See Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from partner sites and apps.

These services may process data outside your country or region. Their policies explain their processing and safeguards. We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect the security of the Service.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

• Preferences and saves: browser storage remembers language, theme, compositions, and tool settings. You can clear this data through your browser.
• Google advertising: when ads are enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies or other identifiers to serve ads based on visits to this and other websites, measure performance, and prevent fraud. Personalized advertising depends on applicable rules and your choices.
• Consent choices: where applicable, visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland see Google’s consent message with “Consent”, “Do not consent”, and “Manage options”. You can reopen the message through the site’s privacy settings to change or withdraw your choices.

You can also manage personalized ads in Google My Ad Center, or use the participating providers’ advertising opt-out tool. Your browser can block or delete cookies. Rejecting personalization does not necessarily remove all ads. Clearing site data may require you to set your consent choices again.

5. Data Retention

• Browser saves and preferences remain until you delete or reset them, or your browser clears them.
• Abuse-prevention counters expire after a short period. Hosting records, analytics, and advertising data are retained according to service settings and provider policies.
• Support correspondence is retained only as needed to resolve issues, maintain security, or meet applicable legal obligations. You can email us to request deletion.

6. Your Rights

Depending on applicable data protection law, you may have rights to access or receive a copy of your data, correct or delete it, restrict or object to processing, and request portability where applicable. You can withdraw consent to processing based on consent; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

7. Data Security

We use HTTPS and reasonable access controls and security measures to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. If a personal data incident occurs, we will respond and provide notifications as required by applicable law.

8. Minors

This website provides general TFT information and tools and is not designed specifically for children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13. Parents or guardians who discover that a child has provided personal information to us can contact us for review and appropriate action.

9. Policy Changes

When our data practices change, we update this page and its revision date. We announce material changes on the website and request renewed consent where required.
