Terms of Service
Last updated: May 25, 2026
Welcome to TFT AlphaSim (“the Service”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
1. What the Service Does
TFT AlphaSim is an unofficial third-party companion tool for Teamfight Tactics, providing comp simulation, synergy/item calculation, win-rate estimation, and comp saving — intended to help players research patches and experiment with different compositions.
2. Accounts and Registration
- Account sign-in is currently paused; after Overwolf review is approved, Pro account flows will use Overwolf OIDC.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account, including any consequences of misuse or violations of these Terms.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without notice.
3. Subscription Plans
- All users currently share 100 simulations per day. Combat simulation and Monte Carlo consume the same daily quota.
- Pro subscriptions and account sign-in are paused until Overwolf review is approved.
- After approval, subscriptions will be processed through Overwolf App Subscriptions / Tebex and tied to your Overwolf account.
- When subscriptions resume, they auto-renew monthly until you cancel.
4. Acceptable Use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Use automated scripts, scrapers, or stress testing to bypass daily quotas or burden our servers.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, crack, or copy the Service’s combat engine or data library.
- Use the Service for commercial resale, cheat/bot development, or any activity that violates Riot Games’ End User License Agreement.
- Upload, share, or distribute illegal or infringing content (for example, via shareable comp code names).
5. Intellectual Property
- The Service’s source code, combat engine, simulation algorithms, and design are owned by the Service’s operator.
- Game assets (champion, item, and trait icons and names) are owned by Riot Games.
- Comp saves you create belong to you; we are only a storage provider and claim no rights over your content.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and we do not warrant that:
- Simulation results match the in-game outcome exactly — TFT mechanics are complex and patched often, and simulations are for reference only.
- The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely free of bugs.
- Using the Service will improve your actual match win rate or ranked placement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Service — including but not limited to data loss, lost rank, or time cost. Our cumulative liability in any case is capped at the total amount you paid to the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on the website or via email, and continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the first-instance jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court, Taiwan.
10. Contact
The Service is currently in beta/testing phase. The official support email will be published on this page when the Service formally launches.
