Refund Policy
Last updated: May 25, 2026
1. Cancel Anytime
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time with no cancellation fees or penalties. How to cancel:
- Open the Overwolf app and go to Settings → Subscriptions to manage or cancel your subscription.
- After cancellation, Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period(e.g., if you subscribe on 4/15 and cancel on 4/20, Pro stays active until 5/15).
- No further charges will be taken after that.
2. Full Refund (7-Day Cooling-Off)
We offer a no-questions-asked full refund within 7 days of your first subscription. Conditions:
- Applies only to the first charge of a new subscription (not to renewal cycles).
- Request must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
- Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your card issuer.
EU and UK consumers have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period under local law. If you have not used the Service heavilyduring that period, you may also request a refund.
3. Partial Refund Situations
The following may qualify for a partial or full refund on a case-by-case basis:
- Duplicate charges: if a system error results in double billing for the same period, the excess amount is fully refunded.
- Service outage: if Pro features are unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours, a prorated refund for the unused days is issued.
- Unauthorized charges: if your card was used without your consent to subscribe, contact us immediately.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Outside the 7-day cooling-off period where the current period has already been used substantially (e.g., many simulations run or many comps saved).
- Account terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
- Refunds requested for time already used after self-cancellation.
- Dissatisfaction with simulation results (the simulation engine is an estimation tool and does not guarantee parity with live games).
5. How to Request a Refund
Choose either method:
Method A: Request Through Overwolf / Tebex
- Go to Overwolf Settings → Subscriptions or use the management link in your subscription confirmation email.
- Click “Request refund” and fill in a reason.
- Overwolf / Tebex support will respond according to their support flow.
Method B: Contact Us (available after formal launch)
The Service is currently in beta phase; the official support email will be published at launch. In the meantime, please use Method A to request refunds through Overwolf / Tebex.
6. Disputes and Chargebacks
Please contact us or Overwolf / Tebex before initiating a dispute. Raising a chargeback directly with your card issuer without first contacting us may result in permanent account termination, and chargeback fees during the dispute will be borne by you.
7. Policy Changes
If this policy is modified, changes apply only to new subscriptions created after the modification date. Your existing billing cycle continues under the policy version in effect at the time of subscription.
8. Contact Us
The Service is currently in beta/testing phase. The official support email will be published on this page when the Service formally launches. During the beta, please prefer requesting refunds directly through Overwolf / Tebex.
